NO FUEL.

NO ARMS.

NO HARBOUR FOR GENOCIDE.

No Harbour for Genocide (NHG) is a campaign resource for trade unions, port workers, legal experts, activists, public bodies and others seeking to stop the maritime transfers sustaining Israel’s genocidal war machine. It consists of a regularly updated ‘blocklist’ of the main vessels supplying Israel’s genocide against 2.3 million Palestinians in the illegally occupied and besieged Gaza strip with military material, including dual use items and energy. No Harbour for Genocide provides information, resources and advice for how local groups can take action as part of a coordinated strategy.

No Harbour for Genocide began in summer 2024 as a grassroots campaign targeting the Overseas Santorini, a tanker supplying military jet fuel to Israel, which was successfully turned away from several ports in the Mediterranean. Since this mobilisation, other ships carrying military supplies have been challenged when seeking to dock in ports in Spain, Greece, France, Italy, Turkey and Morocco, and activists across the world have continued organising to stop the flow of military material and dual use items.

No Harbour for Genocide has spent the last several months following and identifying vessels with consistent patterns of shipments that aid Israel’s occupation, apartheid, and genocide. We are calling for focused activist resistance to this genocide fleet. Our blocklist of this genocide fleet helps to understand which vessels should be targeted, and calls for  trade union, activist, legal and advocacy interventions to mobilise across different ports.

Unified, coordinated action can magnify the impact of local mobilisations and refuse safe harbour to genocidal supply chains. This site provides the following resources to assist in blocking these vessels:

  • A regularly updated Blocklist. This list identifies key vessels that consistently supply the Israel war machine with military material and energy. We call for activists to use this block list as a resource for organising consistent port blockades and other actions.
  • Activist toolkits that can strengthen local, national and international mobilisations by increasing understanding of how best to intervene in Israel’s genocidal global supply chain.
  • Advice and legal resources for policymakers, public bodies, local activists and others seeking to understand the clear legal basis for refusing complicity in Israel’s genocidal crimes.
  • Central coordination across different localities to magnify and provide coherence to local mobilisations.
