This blocklist is the result of months of in-depth research and monitoring of vessels complicit in regularly supplying Israel’s ongoing genocide, apartheid, and illegal occupation of Palestine. Using the criteria set out on the NHG Strategy page, we have identified a list of vessels that exhibit a consistent pattern of involvement in supplying Israel’s genocide, apartheid, and illegal occupation of Palestine. These ships are categorized into seven groups based on what they are transporting and their vessel type.

Some of the vessels operate under the U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) program, while others do not. For each vessel, we have provided key information including the name, IMO number, flag state, operating company, and the country in which the operator is based. We have also included direct links to real-time tracking platforms.

Each section concludes with a list of supporting resources that substantiate the vessel’s complicity. In some cases, our findings are based on confidential sources that we are unable to disclose publicly.
